Room furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, draws, shelving and sofa. Cost is £370 per month with 1 months deposit required.
Prefer non smoker and non student as we all work during the week. Current housemates are 2 females 1 male, friendly and keep the house clean and tidy.
We have both a washing machine and dryer with all bills included in rent for water, gas, electric, Internet and council tax.
