The rooms are in a dormer bungalow which is located the end of a quiet cul du sac on the outskirts of Falmouth. The accommodation is on the 1st floor which is closed off by a door at the top of the stairs for quiet and privacy. The flat consists of two double rooms and a bathroom. One room, with a sink, is nextto a good sized bathroom. The second room is a dormer room with views out over the fields. It can be let furnished or unfurnished. It has its own fridge/freezer and microwave.
The ground floor is also divided up into 2x2 rooms so the we each have our own living space alongside our bedrooms and bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining area is shared. The bungalow has lots of light. Heating is by gas. Broadband is included. There is access to the garden and plenty of parking either in front of the bungalow or in the cul de sac.
The rent is £500/month which includes everything but the use of the washing machine which I ask £1/load for. It is a non-smoking/ no pet house, though I do not mind anyone smoking in the garden. The three of us that live
in here are full time professionals. We are looking for another housemate that enjoys the quiet and peaceful retreat to come home to as we do.
