I have a double room on beautiful Arwenack Avenue to rent in a two bed flat. You'd be sharing with myself, a very laid back 62 year old retired Gardener.

The room has a nice view of the tree lined road and is furnished, though can be unfurnished if you have your own furniture. Bills included in rent.

I'm looking for a professional / student single person or couple to rent the room asap. The rent is £340 a month and I ask for a one month deposit.
