Self Contained Chalet ( Single Occupancy)

The accommodation available is in a fully furnished Chalet in the garden of our family home available from the 1st Feb 2024. The chalet is totally self contained but can only be accessed through our family home, so this must be considered by any applicants.
Not a problem in the past as we are a friendly family who enjoy meeting new people, so passing through our living area has been more of a positive than a negative in the past. The photos show our family cat but no pets allowed and we also have a very friendly Old Tyme Bulldog called Ellie.
We are situated in a prime location in Falmouth, walking distance to our local beaches ( 10 mins ) Falmouth-Truro Train Station ( 2 mins ) Bus stop outside our main house. Convenience store & Garage are also walking distance and short walk to the centre of Falmouth Town ( 10 mins )
The chalet has a bed sit set up with a double bed ( SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) ample wardrobe storage & sofa in one room ( TV not included ) but a separate fully fitted kitchen with all white goods including washing machine, fridge freezer electric cooker & microwave. It has a very small but well presented shower room with saniflo toilet.
It has a decked area in front of the chalet for your own personal use.
Wifi available and included but you are liable for Council Tax ( Band A ) currently £1,480.92 minus 25% single occupancy discount, but electric & water bills included.
Only full time employed professionals may apply, and no applicants working from home remotely.
