The flat is in a quiet, tucked away but central location, town in 5 minutes walk away as is the Woodlane campus of Falmouth University. The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and shelves and there's space for a desk or chest of drawers. There's a living room with views across Falmouth and a newly fitted kitchen. There is also a balcony space that gets the evening sunshine. Rent includes bills and broadband.
