Room to rent in fantastic flat in Falmouth

I am the current flat mate of fantastic flat in the middle of Falmouth. I am looking to move out weekend of the 15th January 2017.

I share with two lovely housemates who are friendly, outgoing and great to hang out with. More so, everyone is considerate of each other.

The room:
A double room with a fantastic view of the water at the back of the building from the main street.

The flat was unfurnished and the bed is new so a one off payment of £150 is asked for.

The rest of the flat is a great size with a spacious living room with dining table. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

How much?
A great price at £260 rent a month. Bills come to approx £85 a month.

There are some agency fees including reference checks which will be £175 one time. Hopefully that doesn't make you gasp but the rent is incredibly low compared to other properties in the area that you will have made it back within a month or two with the rental saving!

Definitely worth a view if you are looking to live in Falmouth.
