Double room in Fowey

Double room in new house at the top of Fowey, has access to own bathroom (not en-suite), not used by myself. Is two rooms, can have a choice of which is preferred. One is slightly larger.

The room has basic furnishings, bed, tables, light, wardrobe etc. There is also bedding and towels all available.

The room includes all bills as well as access to shared spaces, washing machine / tumble dryer. Living room has all streaming service, high speed internet throughout house (500mb).

There is parking available, not on driveway.

Walking into centre of Fowey is about 20 mins and is a 10 min walk to the beach.
