Would suit peaceful person as this is a lovely peaceful family style home, not in any way a "party house". Children all grown and left but we have been here for 28 years.
All you can hear at night is the owls.
Shop within 5 mins walk, Asda Local 15 mins walk and large supermarkets a short drive away. 45 mins to beach. 15 mins to Dartmoor National Park and Market town of Tavistock.
This house is 21 miles from Plymouth-served by a direct rail link into the city. One of the most beautiful train rides in the country.
Parking available at the house, or very nearby free.

We are looking for a person who is working or studying outside of the home for most of the day, as we work from home most weekdays, when we are here. Whilst there is some flexibility we must highlight that this is not a very suitable position for someone who works from home, or is at home most of the day.

House centrally heated plus wood burning stove. Warm and dry.
The heating is on a timer.
We are actively seeking people who are conscientious regarding use of resources, outdoor people, walkers, and people who love composting, gardening, and recycling.
Dishwasher, fridge freezer, nice roomy kitchen.

Large conservatory. Huge wild organic gardens which lead to river path.

Room is large double, with a really comfy double bed. Laminate Wooden floors. Lots of shelving. Fast Broadband is available.

Suit working people or students. Sharing with one/two other very nice, respectful professionals.
Steady mature people, who have their feet on the ground, are preferred. Nice atmosphere. Easy going and friendly. Quiet relaxed atmosphere.

Wonderful river walks and great views from the garden.
Not a lot of drinking. Occasional glass of good wine etc.
No smokers or smoking, even in the garden, due to health reasons. Peaceful setting. Harmonious house.

DSS possible with discussion and negotiation on terms.
We are sympathetic, and not judgemental, but due to past payment problems we can only accept housing benefit if you already have the deposit and first months rent, and a guarantor.
