I have a double room in a 4 bedroom detached bungalow in Hayle. There is off street parking, garden and wireless broadband. Bills will be included except the telephone and as there is a water meter depending on usage, there maybe extra to pay for water. There is Sky TV and large living room, kitchen and diner. I live in the property with my daughter and although we are fun and friendly we would prefer not to have party animals etc.
