Seperate Lounge available when homeowner out. Washing machine, dryer , 2nd toilet and fridge/freezer in garage/utility room off kitchen. Parking on drive and garage for push bike/surf board storage if needed. Sharing with another student & female health professional who is easy going and out alot but gets up early on week days so needs lodgers who are happy to be quiet after 10 30 .
Rooms ideal for mature students looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean environment. Large supermarket, village shop, bus stop and train station all in 5 mins walking distance. Close enough to come back to between lecture!! Also suitable for professional who wants week day accommodation .
I have shared my house with students for several years very successfully my current students have stayed for their whole time at Tremough.
