Self Contained 'Flatlet' - With Shared Bathroom

We have a large Double attic room available for the right person.

In the centre of Newquay close to the Killacourt, beaches, cafes and shops.

The room covers the whole footprint of the house with windows to the front and back with its own set of stairs going up to a small landing where a fridge and cooking facilities can sit, below a large Velux window.

There is a built out (over the stairs) wardrobe - c; lever use of space, another large storage area in to the loft space, a double bed, a sink and a really sturdy comfortable sofa.

The owner, my Mum, is resident - a very lovely friendly and active woman who loves gardens, art, birds, travel, reading, philosophy and music.

We also have a 5 star rate Airbnb let within the property which is now rated as a 'Guest Favourite'. It is downstairs from the let advertised here.

The bathroom contains a freestanding bath and shower and there is a separate toilet. These are shared but we all keep them very clean and organised ( I say we, sometimes I come back to visit)

The Airbnb is booked by surfers, coast path walkers, remote workers and all are very respectful, chilled, interesting and friendly. We see it as a bonus and enjoy meeting these people from around the UK and the rest of the World.

This let would suit someone who is chilled, friendly, self sufficient and respectful of others space. Its a Bohemian house and we are proud to give long term lets to locals and residents in Newquay all year round who want a nice home and space to themselves, whilst also enjoying some proximity to others at times.

All your bills are included and you will have access to the washing machine and drying facilities.

Wifi is strong and there's free parking on our street which is in the centre of town (so sometimes its busy but you can usually nab a space).

Its definitely no smoking and we can't accept couples or pets.

If you have all your own furnishings, we can accommodate that, if you need any little extras for the room that are not there presently, we can accommodate that too, within reason! :)
