Furnished double room with full bathroom nextdoor bedroom for sole use.
We are looking for find someone that is looking for a place to live in Newquay

We look out over Fistral beach so it's a fab spot - walking distance to town and easy access to the beach.

We have two other bedrooms in the property both with bathrooms - so even though this room isn't officially an en-suite the family bathroom right next door this bedroom will be for you only. (Ive added the old floor plan to show you what I mean - bedroom 1 from landing / the steps up would just be for you onwards. It has been, since this floor plan was made, changed to one large bathroom not just toliet room and shower room)

We are a married couple who live in the property. We have two small dogs who are a little nervous - you have to love dogs or it's not going to work - they are in charge ! :-) they do love you once they get to know you and you've given them a few treats.
We do not want anyone that smokes or vapes at all - sorry. Due to already having dogs we sadly can’t accept any more pets.
We are happy to share our kitchen, utility room and possibly the sitting room too (sky glass tv).
There is street parking (no permit required) or the council car park just opposite on the park.
Sorry to sound boring but this is not a party house - we work and just use the house to chill. We wouldn't want lots of guests back too sorry (dogs don't love people in and out) only with prior agreement.

Council tax will be added as an additional bill. As long as utilities are respected we will include these but if the bills are flying much higher than expected this may be adjusted - basically we just want someone who respects that bills are crazy and to help us all be cautious.

If a couple are renting - (totally fine) but we will discuss extra bills as having 2 extra people in the house will increase bills that bit more.

1 month deposit and first months rent to be paid prior to moving in / on the day. References or guarantor required.
We also have ring doorbell and back door camera for full disclosure for extra security- if you move in I then allow you to also have the app and check cameras etc. Handy for deliveries!
