we were a hotel and have changed to room let only. there will be only 10 people living here at anyone time. we are 5 minutes from town centre and beaches, we are all up together with fire regulations. there is a good sized kithchen and large dinninr room, my wife and I will be living on the premises so there will always be someone here to help. we are looking forward to having permanent tenants.
