The house is available from the now and it is centrally located in Newquay just 5 mins to the shops and just across the golf course from Fistral. It has two newly refurbished bathrooms that you will share with four people. Both bathrooms consist of two power showers so each room will have its own shower and a large communal area downstairs that has an open layout with kitchen and seating and TV/DVD. There is a spacious garden in the back with further seating, a board storage shed and outdoor shower for after surfing.

We have one spacious doubles with the option of a twin or double bed. They also come furnished with a wardrobe, set of drawers and bed.

The house also has free wifi and all bills included.

We are looking for professional couples and friends who are either in full time employment or education.
