There is a shared living room with TV and Sky, shared kitchen/diner with washing machine, dishwasher and shared fridge freezer. Courtyard to rear for surfboards/wetsuits/bikes and large garden to rear. Shared large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Plus a separate WC too.

This is a clean, generally quiet family home with a 7 year old boy visiting on weekends, so not a late night party house. We are a friendly bunch and we are looking for someone who is employed or a student, who is also tidy (cleans up after themselves), and chilled.

Rent includes all bills including fibre broadband (80/20). Pets may be considered depending on type of pet etc. Just get in touch to discuss.
