There is a large shared bathroom with bath and shower. Shared living room. Large Kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer. Courtyard to rear with large garden separate. This is a family home with a 6 year old child, so can be very quiet but also loud at times. Fibre broadband is available at no extra charge. No DSS, must be full time employed or student in employment.
Please note: As this is a family home, it is most definitely not a party house, and wouldn't suit someone who is coming to Newquay to party or someone who likes to have lots of friends over all the time.
