Single/Double Room In A Family Home

Hi, I am renting a room in my family home, from end of October. The room can be a double/single and the renting price will reflect that. My home is a family one, not a party home. The room itself has its own bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. It has a double bed, fridge, a microwave, kettle, toaster WiFi and furniture. The house is close to the town...1 minute from the bus station, 5 mins from the beach, 3 from town, 2 from the cinema, 4 from the supermarket, 2 from the launderette, 5 from the bank, 8 from the post office, 10 from the train station. The room would suit a student, and is a non smoking room. Finally, this is for an en suite room, not a house share :)
