En suite double room in spacious and friendly home

We have recently moved into a 3 bed house in a quiet area of Penryn (yet 5 mins walk to town) and are looking for a third person (preferably male as we are both females and would like a nice balance in the house) to share the space. The house has been recently refurbished throughout, and the room available has its own en suite bathroom. We are both friendly, creative professionals looking to share with a like minded person. There are lots of footpaths nearby, and the house is in a lovely quiet area with views over to trees. There is a large back garden and patio area, and a friendly cat!
