Lovely double room available

We are looking for a friendly lodger to rent our cosy spare room. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, drawers and a small desk, and has a lovely view over the estuary. Downstairs is open plan kitchen/living room with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a small garden and parking on the street. We are happy to accept couples, rent would be £600/month bills not included.

You would be sharing with a young professional couple, who both work from home. We are looking for a laid back professional or postgrad student to share our house. We enjoy walking and surfing but are also happy spending a night in watching a film. We are hoping to find a lodger we get on well with and will occasionally share a bottle of wine in the evening.
