Our house is in the heart of Penzance and has a shared interest in environmental issues, growing our own food and healthy eating, close to shops and cinema. Recently refurbished.
Shared use of Sitting room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom and second WC. Central heating, washing machine, drying facilities, no wi-fi as it's never been good and most now use mobile connection, no TV currently in house, but open to negotiation. Non-smokers only.
Lots of people have enjoyed living here over the last 10 years.
