I am not always around as work away so you could potentially have the whole place to yourself a lot of the time. Sometimes I let the room out to holiday makers for short stays so you could upgrade to a better room when they stay. And your room will be cleaned for after use.

Short lets or long lets.. . Weekly considered. Monthly 900pcm all inclusive except WiFi and electric. Standing charge for electric is paid by landlord so excess is 28p a unit.

Sorry but WiFi accounts are not allowed but free WiFi is available around town.

A large room with 2 single beds. Handy for in between washing tines.

Single occupancy only, without guests. It's private for you only and me when I am around. No subletting.

There is no doubt it is a perfect location.... Seconds to harbour, shops, cafes, great bus route and restaurants. Minutes to sea and long beach, coastal path.

Swim or paddleboard or cycle and hike.

IYou have your own room and share facilities.

The house is large, 3 floors so not easily accessible for everyone.

4 non allocated parking spaces in road which are shared by other residents who live in the road. Otherwise free parking nearby.

This property is all about the space and location.

For a single person it is 900pcm and first payment is 1665 because it includes rent and deposit.

It is fully furnished without a possibility of storage of bulky items. Please treat as a holiday let bringing very little to start with like a suitcase and if all goes well you may become a longer tennant.

A private quiet, haven and home and I am looking for a quiet conscientious snd tidy person who would love to help look after my home and who ppreciates the priviledged position and respects the quiet neighbourhood.
