A large double room is available in a new home which is tidy, clean and quiet. Spotless bathroom adjacent to the room with a large shower and separate bath. There is parking available and VERY good transport connections for Truro, Falmouth, Camborne, Penzance as only 5 mins from the A30. House is within walking distance of the train station and close to bus stops.

I work full time and would appreciate living with a similar professional individual. I often bring work home with me in the evenings and get up early in the morning for work, therefore someone who is respectful of this is important to me. I do not smoke and this is a smoke free home. I own a cat, who lives in doors - his own choice! Parking is available directly outside or opposite the house. Shared use of a washing machine available.

Prefer a professional female sharer. Short term considered. Respectful of quiet, tidy, private home essential.
