Friendly House Share - Double Room

We have a room becoming available in our sociable and friendly place on the outskirts of Redruth.
Easy access to train station and on a bus route, just 2 mins drive from the A30.

We are two professional guys who work office hours. The front room is communal, but we get on well and it's a big place with plenty of room to keep out of each other's way of and when needed. We enjoy sports, both watching and playing - and have active social lives so there's often times when everyone is out and you get the house to yourself.

This house is in a lovely little quiet and friendly estate which is reasonably new build. Large front room, 3 double bedrooms (one of which is en suite so only one other person to share the bathroom with!)
Lovely big kitchen with breakfast bar and we both enjoy cooking. Happy to share cooking at times, or just do our own thing.
We also have a large spare room with futon and dining table with a desk as well. Doubles up as a lovely summer room with double doors to the back garden.

All bills included.

We also have Sky TV (Sports and Movies included) Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, utility room, summer room and suntrap of a rear garden along with a communal green where neighbours regularly have bbqs.

We certainly don't treat each other, or the house, like a typical houseshare and are looking for someone who wants to share a home rather than a house. We don't do Rotas or keep tabs of who did what and bought what last as we're not students. We're easy going professionals and looking for someone similar.

We would consider short term rental and open to shorter weeks rental also.
