Rooms available in a family home. Single bed, but can fit a double if you have your own in one room, second room has a built in single bed, both have memory foam mattresses.
Use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and conservatory.
Bills included ( fair use of electricity and heating oil ) council tax. No food included in the rent.

This a no smoking, no drugs home.

You need to be working, trustworthy and clean!! Someone willing to muck in with every day life would be good!! I have a dog, so you will need to be dog friendly also.

The house is centrally heated and warm.

The rent is payable in advance on the day you move in, and then weekly from then on in.

I don't mind who you are, however, you must be working, speak English and be trustworthy!!
