The area is really nice with a nature reserve and leat only a few minutes walk away. Bus stop is nearby with regular links to Saltash and Plymouth. Saltash Fore Street is twenty minutes walk away. Bus stop two minutes walk away with frequent buses to Plymouth and other areas. The house has 50mb fibre optic broadband Wi-Fi and all modern amenities etc. The room is also furnished with a large LED Smart TV which is wall mounted along with a Blue Ray DVD player and sound bar. All bills are included. Looking for a quiet, tidy fully employed person. Share house with live in landlord and other fully employed person. No couples, DSS, pets.
