Furnished double room in a three bedroom fully furnished house in central St Agnes available for short-term let in June and July until owners return. A friend is staying short-term in one double room but we need to fill the second double room.

- New upstairs bathroom with separate shower and bath

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, hob, oven etc. (all appliances and cookware included)
- Lounge room with TV, sofas etc.
- All newly painted, mostly new carpet and flooring
- Central heating and cosy log burner
- Low maintenance front and back gardens
- Good size garage and own parking space plus other close-by parking

Amazing location - under 10 mins walk to Trevaunance Cove beach, very close to the village centre with its shops, bakery, library, doctor's surgery and pubs etc, and also footpath to St Agnes Beacon/coastal paths.

Suggested monthly rent: £650 including bills.

Most suitable for a single person but will consider couples.
