Beautiful room in family home
We have one bedroom on the 1st floor, plus two shared bathrooms for rent from March 2024.
£160 a week, per room inclusive.
1 month minimum please.
Ideally, we would like full time professionals that work away from home during the day, otherwise we are happy to consider Universal Credit applicants upon interview with us to see if you're the right fit for the household.
We provide a bedsit-style room, with simple cooking equipment & small fridge. There are two shared bathrooms with a bath/shower in each, between the four people who will be renting.
Quiet, secluded part of town, short walk to St Austell town centre.
Free parking on the road, not the driveway as we will need access at all times.
We live on the ground floor and have three dogs and two cats hence not allowing other pets I'm afraid.
Smoking is a big no-no anywhere on the property.
Thank you and look forward to hearing from you : )
