Little gem of a single room - now inc bills!
Hi,
I'm letting out a single room in my two bed flat. It has the essentials - almost brand new bed (used twice), chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, wardrobe.
It's a gem because you'll have sole use of the main bath/shower room (I have an ensuite). I am also away with work quite a lot so you'd have time to yourself.
The kitchen/lounge are a good size and it's near the train station/leisure centre/college.
The downsides are - no parking and if you want a party house this isn't for you. I am into travel, anything outdoorsy, live music etc.
I'd like someone relaxed and chilled with no drama!
