Hi, I'm looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom house with. It's a great spot, close to the centre of St Austell, just round the corner from co-op. I've lived here for 4 years but my previous housemate recently moved away from Cornwall. The spare room is at the rear of the property, away from the road. The rear garden is quiet and includes space for a car each. There's also a big shed which is handy for storing bikes, etc. Neighbours are friendly. I've got a small dog but he's very quiet and very well behaved.
