Room available - Busy Household

Large double bedroom available June 1st
2 children & adult female currently living in property with a dog and cat.
Busy household so it will not be quiet outside of school hours, we're often not home with school clubs and walking the dog but I cannot guarantee silence past 4.30pm.
Females only but must be ok with sharing household with children.
Mothers with children welcome.
Space for cot/additional bed in room.
Currently a double bed, cot, sofa, tv and wardrobes in room but all will be leaving with current tenant.
Housing benefit unable to be accepted.
£500 per month - All bills included.
House is empty from 8am - 4.30pm (aside from the dog)
Room can be decorated as you wish. Locks will be added inside door and happy to add a padlock outside door for your privacy when leaving.
