A bright Spacious Double Room

We have a double room to rent at £90 per week. It is bright and spacious with loads of cupboard space. There is a shared bathroom and a separate shower room and toilet, a kitchen, a lounge and a garden. We have a washing machine and broadband, and there is space to park on the road next to the house.
We are situated at Threemilestone which is three miles from Truro. The Truro College, Treliske Hospital and the Dutchy Hospital are all within walking distance from the house and there is also a regular bus service five minutes walk from the house. There is a small shopping center at Threemilestone.
At present there are two mature ladies in residence plus two friendly but rather boisterous dogs. We are very laid back and easy going.
The ideal applicant should be a non-smoker and love dogs.
