Within 15 minutes walking distance to the hospital, 5 minute drive from Truro City Centre. Less than ten minutes walk will take you to the main road where bus services are available. The train station is half an hour walk away. By car, Newquay airport is about half an hour away. Although close to the city, it feels in the middle of the countryside due to the beautiful greenery that surrounds the property.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces in the house. This is a women preferred household.
