Room to rent - 10 minutes walk from Truro

I have a large furnished double room to rent within a shared house 10 minutes walk from the centre of Truro.

The house has 3 bedrooms though only looking to rent one, a large kitchen diner and living room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom plus parking for 2 cars and front and rear gardens. The house is on a quiet road with a primary school at the end and a local convenience store in the next road (probably too convenient at times).

I am a professional working full time within Truro although studying alongside. I enjoy socialising with friends at the weekend, keeping fit, days out on the coast and the odd pub quiz.
