Large bed-sitting room in detached family house. Includes en-suite shower room and cooking facilities, in a separate, attached room, so you are pretty much self-contained. There is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. The room is centrally heated and has a double bed, small sofa, a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chairs. Parking and cycle storage available. Use of garden and own washing line. Walking distance of Truro city centre (10 minutes), railway station (5 minutes), Truro college and the hospital (20 minutes). Quiet location with lovely views, bordering countryside. We occasionally look after a friend's dog, who is loved by everyone who meets him. Bills included.

We are a family with older children (both now living away) - we love our home and have enjoyed sharing it with others. Recent tenants have included a young French couple, a music teacher, medical students, a doctor and several actors. All have really loved staying here and we have enjoyed having them here too!

The accommodation is temporarily available for £700 per calendar month, to include all bills. The room is usually occupied by a young medic who has had to go away for a couple of months. We are advertising it for up to 3 months, but it may be available longer, depending on the circumstances.
