There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower/bath and the other has a large Walk-in-Shower. There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. There is a conservatory-type, communal tv area leading to patio.

The house is in a safe, quiet, tree-lined street in the hub of Ballyhackamore Village with shops,(including M&S, Tesco Express and 24 hr. Spar, all within less than 5 min walk.) cafes, restaurants, beauty & hair salons & more. The new efficient Glider stops at the end of the street and is 10/15min journey to City centre and 5 mins to Ulster Hospital(dependant on time of day) There is on-street parking available.
Although smokers are welcome, it is not permitted to smoke inside the house.

With immediate links to city centre transport, Central Train Station and George Best City Airport; the property is convenient for travel and commuting to City Centre or surrounding areas.

Bills included in rent are: rates, TV license, Virgin-Plus broadband & Freeview TV.
Not included: electricity and heating (gas) which will be split equally between all tenants. (Average £40 pm.
£10 per month is included in rent for once-weekly cleaning of communal areas. (at the moment due to covid 19 restrictions, I provide kitchen & general necessities in lieu of cleaning service)
