Room for rent in affordable city centre location

Hi all, we have a room for rent in a lovely city centre house share for a really affordable price!

House is a 5 bed, 2 bathroom located 10 mins walk from the city centre.

Current house mates are all working professionals with full time jobs and we would ask the same of those moving in (no students, sorry!).

We’d love someone who is clean, respectful of space / noise & friendly. We also have a house cleaning rota we do weekly so must be willing to do your share of that.

Bills are not included but very reasonably priced. House is ran on oil so we top that up about every 3 months. Letting agency will require bank statements & some other documents. They like to meet new tenants first as well. Let me know if you have any more q’s!
