Warm cosy and clean double room

Near the heart of the city, just 25minutes walk into town centre, this gorgeous wee house has just been renovated, all new carpets, laminate flooring and fully furnished. New bedding and towels can be provided.

I like to keep the house warm and cosy. All bills are included, there is good Wi-Fi in the house and the kitchen has all utensils needed. The spare double room on offer is actually the master bedroom. It is bright and airy with lots of storage space in the bedroom. There is a good table in living room for working on.

Two or three days a month you would have the house to yourself.

I am the live-in landlord, very easy going and friendly. I'm a nurse and also care for some family members to that is why I'm not always here :D

There is also a nice wee garden at the back.
