Replacement tenant for Nelson Place

Hi there,
I'm looking for a replacement tenant for a booking in nelson place in student roost. It is only a short walk from Queens University very close to bus stops if need be, it also neighbours Ulster University. Its located right in the centre of town so it is very convenient for any workers in the area or nights out. It is an ensuite room with a spacious kitchen and very comfortable living quarters. It costs £160 per week. It has a roof top terrace, cinema room, an entertainment area, a study room, laundry room, a gym as part of the building and bike storage. It has free wifi, fully furnished rooms and electricity and heating is included in the monthly rent. The deposit is paid off so no wprries there and I would also be willing to pay for the first 2 months of rent free of charge. This is a student accommodation exclusive and you must be actively studying or planning to enter study.
