Single room for let

Hi there I have single room available from April 1st. The room is fully furnished. The house has a large living room area and a double sized kitchen which is has everything you need from fridge freezer, washing machine down to cookware and crockery. There is an upstairs shower and also a walk in wet room(shower room) downstairs. The house has Broadband internet and Virgin sky TV. Oil heating and a top up electric system. The house is fully furnished including all the bedrooms and communal areas . There is a double front garden and a large yard and also space for two cars parking outside. There are currently 3 housemates living in the house is myself, Robby. Im a chef. Also James who works in finance and Emma who works in administration. The house itself is a 3/4 minute walk away from the Ormeau Road (Which has many advantages such as, a bus less than every 10 minutes, many shops including butchers and greengrocers, 15 minute walk from Forestside Shopping Centre and a 20 minute walk away from Belfast City Centre and 10 minutes away from Queens University PEC/Botanic Gardens).
