Big 4 bed 3 story house on the Springfield road of the falls road with huge room to let. 5 minutes walk from the Royal Hospital and St Mary's teaching college.
A 15 minute walk from the city centre and on the main bus/taxi route.
House is modernly decorated and renovated, has all mod-cons including dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble-dryer. It was my home for a few years and therefore is more of a home than a shared house :)
The room available is a huge double, has original wooden floorboards, king size bed and Mexican Pine chest of drawers and triple wardrobe along with a large bookshelf and still plenty of room.
Oil central heated (shared amongst all housemates equally) and card top-up electricity (about £5 per week) metre so no big bills!
