We both work in mental health. the dog is super friendly but can be hyper sometimes and I know some people are uneasy around big dogs. The house is a 10 minute walk to the city centre and 5 minutes to both the royal and city hospitals. On street parking.
Gas is pre paid meter and electricity is quarterly. Could include bills for £240 per month.
