Luxury House Laganvale Manor

Hi,
I'm looking a flatmate to share the house with. I work pretty hard and I only stay in the house myself once or twice a week (sometimes not at all, so you virtually have the house to yourself).

Would like to share with a similar professional, who also works hard.

The house is furnished to a high standard and kept very clean (I have a cleaner in once a week also).

The room has a large double bed, and use of bathroom with power shower, and bath (as the other room I use is en suite, so it is practically en suite).

The house is fitted with all mod cons, a new kitchen, and furniture is off the highest standard. Located just a stones throw from nice walk on the Lagan towpath and Cutters Wharf bar. The development is very quiet.

There is parking in the garden, and also on street as well.

Virgin broadband, sky sports, HD TV
Phoenix Gas Heating (come to roughly £70-£100 per month).
