2 current flatmates - professional working in office & one in training. Small dog 9yrs old in house, no bother to anyone very used to lodgers.
On-street parking, quiet street, late opening spar/garage with ATM very closeby, a chemist and a chippie. Innerzone bus stop at end of street. 15mins walk to QUB & RVH and 5mins to BCH (w trainstop). 25mins walk to centre.
