The house has all modcons inc alarm, double glazing, washing machine, pvc panels & rainshower head in shower room, dishwasher, american fridge and freezer, double oven, plus microwave can also double up as an oven.

Wooden floors throughout except hall stairs & landing.

There is a sun patio area, shed & recently redone rear garden although this isn't looking as good as it was due to the combined efforts of 5& 6 year old lab mix doggies but they are easily forgiven as they are such lovely friendly, playful yet fairly quiet lil things.
