Great Room To Let In Lovely Two Bedroom Apartment

I am a 30 something female living and working in Belfast and my flatmate is moving out at the end of March.

We have a lovely apartment just off Annadale Avenue, which I am reluctant to give up. Originally advertised at £600 per month, my friend and I managed to secure it for £550 a month when we first moved in. I have been there for 2 and a half years now and don; t want to leave as it feel like home. I'm looking for someone, not just to share the bills with but hopefully to keep me company! My current housemate hasn't been there since Christmas and it's been so quiet!! lol

Its close to Forestside, has a bus stop nearby and is really quiet and private. We have gas heating, which we top up with the card and there's private parking and a small garden. As you'll see from the pics its split-level, which is also good as it feels less like a flat.

As you can see from the pics, the decor is also really nice and up to date. The picture of the spare bedroom really doesn; t do it justice. These are the original pics that the letting agen posted when I took the place two and a half years ago. The furniture is now positioned to give more space.
