My current house mate Adam and I are currently on a year-long placement, preparing to commence third year this September. I'm a Mechanical Engineer and Adam is a Software Engineer, both studying at QUB.
Adam and I are looking for two people to fill our house for next year as our two other current house mates are moving in with other friends returning from placement.
The house is a four bedroom (all big double bedrooms) with one of the rooms available being an en-suite. The house is very well furnished and contains a spacious kitchen/dining area complete with a gas hob and dishwasher, a cosy living room and out the rear is a private car park accessible via electric gates equipped with CCTV.
The rent for the house will be £262 per month.
We are both friendly and outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people. We respect keeping a tidy house along with being quiet during times of study, especially going into our third year of Uni.
