Nice and quiet en-suite bedroom in a 2 bed apartment near Cutter’s Wharf available again from March.
Quiet and safe area. Secure parking accessible via a code.

6 months contract then rolling month to month with a minimum one months notice. Preference will be given to someone who will be staying 1year+
Deposit £330 required.

Bills amount to about £120-£150 every three months per person on average + broadband (£11/month per person).
Gas heating & gas hob – usually works about about £25-£30 per person a months and a little bit more over the winter but the apartment is quite warm all year round due to having neighbours on each side.
Electricity works out about £25 pm/pp on average.

I don’t have a TV as I don’t have the time to watch it therefore we don't have to pay a TV license. Should you want a TV you would have to get organised and pay for a license.

Bedroom is en-suit with a walk in wardrobe.

You will be sharing with a female professional in early 30’s working freelance in media for part of the year and working where she can for the rest of it :) I work quite long hours 6 days a week, therefore the one day at the weekend is for me to catch up on housework and more importantly sleep which means I would like to share with someone who is not a party animal, who can be respectful, super tidy and above all considerate.

You should also be friendly, outgoing and a lot of fun to be around - serious is lame. Ideally you’d become a friend/a partner in crime and you'd be really easy to get on with.
Good sense of humour is an absolute must!

A bit of a healthfreak I cook a lot and spend a lot of my home time in the kitchen which I like to keep clean and organised so a borderline OCD in my new housemate would be very welcome if not essential ☺

Female or male professionals welcome. Preferably in your 30’s, non smoker, no pets.
I would prefer to live with someone single or if you do have a partner, someone who does not expect to have their boyfriend/girlfriend over 7 days a week. This apartment is not large enough for 3 people and I really do not want to live with a couple. Thanks for understanding.
