Hi, Im Victoria, I'm 30 and I work for a bank. I'm looking for someone to share my lovely 2 bedroom house just off the Woodstock Road in East Belfast. I am looking for a housemate aged between 24 and 32. I am sociable, friendly and outgoing and I'm looking for someone similar. The location is fantastic, it's a really quiet street with shops on your doorstep. The house is facing a beautiful church building so you're not overlooked. It takes 12-15 mins to walk to central station and about 20 mins walk into town. There is on street parking available too.

My house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with sofa bed, separate living room with Virgin Media and Wifi. I also have a yard with a washing line, it's also perfect for BBQ's if we get the weather.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet and sink. The available room has a double pine bed and a solid pine wardrobe.

The monthly rent includes Virgin TV and internet, electricity, tv licence and oil heating. £320 per month is half the rent and bills, which I will take care of.

Although I rent the house, it was rented unfurnished so all the furniture in the house is my own. I'm looking for someone who will respect that.

I like to have friends over now and again, so I would like someone who would be ok with that. I also don't mind if you want to bring friends over for food/drinks. Smokers are welcome, but not in the house. You can smoke out the back.

The deposit is £250, and first months rent is payable upfront and every month thereafter on the date of moving in.

The house is available officially from 16th of August but could possibly be sooner, just ask. The term of the rental period is negotiable, as long as you give 1 months notice if you are moving out.
