Amazing Double Room Close to University

Hey Guys

I'm moving out of my room and am looking for someone to take it over from me.

The room itself is a huge double bedroom with lots of natural light coming in (two windows) on the first floor. The room is really huge with lots of space to move around and store things. Although it is big, the heating is very efficient in cooler months, and the room doesn't get overly hot in summer months. The room even comes with a TV and sofa which is great for hanging out with housemates/friends, as well as a desk for study.

The area - you really cannot get any closer to Queens University Belfast, which is no more than a 5 minute walk away. Similarly, you're 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The room is by the Ormeau Road, which makes it super convenient to travel around/outside of Belfast. Also, there are lots of restaurants, convenience stores, off licenses and take away stores a stones throw away (as well as an asian supermarket).

The rent is £342 PCM on a six month contract or more, a little bit more if it's less than 6 months, and this includes all bills (including wifi, gas and electric) and a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas.

I'm leaving due to moving for work, but it really is a great room, and definitely worth a look. I move out on August 14, but the landlord is flexible around this date, as am I.
