Hi, I'm a 45 year old scientist and mum of two flown the nest kids. The other tenant in the house moved out and I am now looking for someone to fill the space!
It’s a bright spacious terraced house off the Lower Ormeau road. The house is about a 10 to 15 min walk into the city centre and has a couple of bars/shops/takeaways close by. Central and Botanic street stations are within 10 mins walk and buses pass at the end of the street.
The room itself is a spacious attic double and comes with a double bed divan, a bedside table, desk and a wardrobe. Shared kitchen, living/dining room & large bathroom .
Currently enjoying planning some Interior Design/Decorating Projects, input & ideas would be most welcome!
The Rent is £250 per month [single tenant] or £325 [couple]. The bills based on a single tenant range from £10 to £20 per week for gas and electric depending on time of year and £15 per month for Internet. For a couple the bills would range from £7 to £14 each per week for gas and electric and £10 each for internet per month.
